Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that Young Mi Cho will play Chopin's "Fantasie Impromptu in C# Minor Op66" in honor of General B. B. Bell (USA Ret) at the the ICAS 2014 Annual Liberty Award Dinner. Born in korea, Young Mi started to play the piano at age of 4. She made her debut at age of 9, with the grand prize in Dong A piano competition. Young Mi received BA degree at Sook Myung Women's University. She was acclaimed by both press and public as an artist, who mesmerizes audience with her exquisite mastery of technique, combined with her power of expression. Young Mi received her master's degree and professional study at the Manhattan School of Music under the direction of professor Dalmo Carra where she brilliantly mastered the most complex mixture of performing piano pieces. Young Mi performed a solo recital at the Carnegie Hall. Thank you. |
