Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that Sang Hun Kim will brief on "ICAS and What It Strives For" at this year's ICAS Summer Symposium: The Korean Diaspora and ICAS Liberty Award Dinner slated to be held on August 11, 2018. Sang Hun is a high tech visionary and entrepreneur. A thirty-year veteran in the telecommunications and networking industry, Sang founded Global Link Solutions (GLS), a leading IT solutions firm located in the Washington DC metropolitan area, in 1996 with a vision of transforming latest technology advances to practical business applications. Since then, GLS has become one of the pioneers in web application services for commercial businesses and government agencies. Currently, he works as a primary patent examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office and also serves as a member of Board of Directors for the Korean American Scholarship Foundation (KASF). For the last several years, Sang also served as Director of Corporate Relations for ICAS (Institute for Corean-American Studies) Sang holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and Master of Science from Stanford University.
