We are pleased to share with you that Ok Choon Park will present an address the ICAS Summer Symposium with a special emphasis on "Achieving American Dream: Education Education and Education" on August 12, 2023.

Dr Ok Choon Park is a Senior Fellow at McREL International, an education R&D think tank. He was a senior research scientist at the Institute of Education Sciences in the US Department of Education, a senior research psychologist at the US Army Research Institute, and an assistant professor of Education at the State University of New York at Albany. Ok Choon also served as an affiliated faculty at the School of Education, George Mason University and American University, an advisor for the graduate research associate program of the Consortium of Universities in the Washington Metropolitan area and for the post-doctoral research fellowship program of the National Research Council. He taught graduate students at the University of Maryland and served as a member of doctoral dissertation committees for the Psychology Department of George Mason University, Howard University, Catholic University, and the Computer Science Department of George Washington University. He authored or co-authored numerous journal articles, book chapters and technical reports, and was selected as one of the most frequently cited authors in the literature of instructional method journals. Ok Choon has served as an editorial or consulting editorial board member or a special editor for six academic journals. He also published two parenting books in Korean. Ok Choon received his PhD in Instructional Psychology and Technology from the University of Minnesota.
