Dear Friend:
We are pleased to share with you that Sahang-Hee Hahn has been named

outstanding achievements and high commitment to pursuit of excellence and
appointed to a standing member of ICAS Debate Team.
Sahang-Hee Hahn was born in Seoul, South Korea on August 3, 1983 and recently
graduated, on June 14, 2001, from the Radnor High School (RHS), Radnor,
Pennsylvania. While at the Radnor High School, she participated in several
extracurricular events. Sahang-Hee was a successful member of the RHS Mock

she was awarded in March 2001 a grant by the Radnor Educational Foundation in
order to provide the funding needed to continue the project in the future.
She has begun her involvement with ICAS as a discussant

second-generation Korean-American youth perspective on the identity issues
affecting her own peer group. In the year 2000 Sahang-Hee was one of the
invited speakers to the ICAS Summer Symposium 2000
and presented a thesis paper, entitled: "A Pressing Concern: The Presence
of Second-Generation Marginalism in Korean-American Adolescents."
Sahang-Hee is 18 years old and will attend the University of Pennsylvania
College of Arts and Sciences in the fall of 2001. Interested in pursuing a
career in law, her chosen fields of study will be a major in Communications
