Endowed ICAS Youth Fellowship Award
This Award recognizes those youngsters who demonstrate achievements with high distinction in community involvement, leadership roles, public affairs and volunteering, and be presented with prize money as part of the ICAS Youth Excellence Fellowship Award at the annual "ICAS Summer Symposium: The Korean Diaspora."
The Hon Becky Norton Dunlop is an ICAS Fellow and a recipient of ICAS Liberty Award and serves as Vice President of External Relations, The Heritage Foundation in Washington DC.
