Dear Friend:

We are pleased to share with you that Stan Gale will speak on Outlook for Global Business: The Case of South Korea at the ICAS Winter Symposium on February 12, 2004 in Washington D C.

In 2001, the Gale Company was invited to join with the City of Incheon and POSCO ENC of South Korea on a project called New Songdo City - 1500 acres of reclaimed land. This new city, recently designated a Free Economic Zone, will be built over the next 20 years and the Gale Company is the principal developer for this $20 billion project. New Songdo City will be connected to Incheon International Airport via a new 6-mile bridge.

Stan Gale is a third generation real estate entrepreneur with a long and distinguished family history beginning in 1922 when his grandfather founded the Daniel Gale Agency. Stan began his career in commercial real estate in 1975 with Grubb & Ellis. In 1985, he formed The Gale Company with the goal to create a diversified real estate investment and services organization. As Chairman and CEO, Stan oversees the entire group of Gale Companies, including a global real estate portfolio, one of the nation's largest private suburban office portfolios, and concentrates on the establishment of joint venture partnerships with financial investors and institutions including Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan & UBS PaineWebber.

Core to The Gale Company's success is Stan's constant review and evaluation of the strategic direction of the company as well as his commitment to leading it through its steady and significant growth during the past 17 years. Stan is dedicated to advancing an operating philosophy that embraces quality service, total client satisfaction and community involvement.

The Gale Company has had many notable successes including achieving very high returns for its investors. Most recently, The Gale Company was awarded the facilities management contract of all AT&T Partners properties (21 million square feet), the largest outsourced facility management account in the history of the United States.

In 2001, The Gale Company partnered with Morgan Stanley to build the largest new building in downtown Boston (One Lincoln Street), the City's first project in 16 years. This 1.1 million square foot facility, a $600 million project, received a 20-year lease commitment for the entire complex from State Street Bank, also the largest lease in Boston's history.

In 1997, The Gale Company (in partnership with PaineWebber and Morgan Stanley) acquired the Bellemead Development Corporation's interest in an 8.2 million-square-foot national property portfolio, and has successfully managed this investment including the return of all invested capital.

Beyond his professional activities, Stan maintains a focus on community improvement and is active in numerous charities, including his 3 year Chairmanship of New Jersey Special Olympics.

A lifetime sports enthusiast, Stan maintains an ownership interest in the New York Yankees, the New Jersey Nets and the New Jersey Devils. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Sang Joo Kim / signed
