Benjamin H Lee
ICAS Volunteer
Accepted to Pennsylvania Governor's School
Dear Friend:
We
are pleased to share with you that Benjamin Lee, ICAS Volunteer, has been accepted
to the Pennsylvania Governor's School of Excellence for Global Entrepreneurship
for the summer of 2007.
Ben Lee was born in Busan, South Korea on October 19, 1989.
Ben moved to the U.S. with his family when he was three years old. Currently, he
is 17-years old and attends the Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pennsylvania.
As an Honors student, Ben is also very active, serving as Co-President of his sophomore
class, Senator for the Student Council, editor for the school newspaper, and a member
of the National Honors Society. His passion lies in business; he is an active officer
for the Future Business Leaders of America through which he has attended several
state competitions for E-business, Parliamentary Procedures, and Introduction to
Business. Ben pursues his interests outside of the classroom as he participated
in the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Conference as a delegate for his school and
the Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week where he served as the CEO of a mock corporation
that received awards in the categories of Management Skills and Stockholders Competition.
He, through his anticipated experience at the Pennsylvania Governor's School for
Global Entrepreneurship, hopes to further develop his understanding of the business
world.
Ben is a member of the ICAS Youth Excellence Program (www.icasinc.org/interns.html;
www.icasinc.org/youth/youth.htm).
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Sang Joo Kim / signed
