The Honourable Lucy H Koh Judge United States District Court for the Northern District of California conferred ICAS Liberty Award ICAS Fellow "for her outstanding professional achievements with distinction and her important contributions to the ideal of great American values and promoting humanity"

Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that the ICAS Liberty Foundation conferred tonight The Honourable Lucy H Koh ICAS Liberty Award and the title of ICAS Fellow at the ICAS Liberty Award Dinner held in honour of her in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The ICAS Liberty Award Dinner highlighted the "ICAS Summer Symposium" and Judge Koh, Guest of Honour, delivered Remarks entitled "Life of Judge Herbert Choy and Legacy of Korean-Americans".
