Dr. Peter M. Rhee General John H. Tilelli Jr. honoured ICAS Annual Liberty Award

Tilelli Jr. were conferred the ICAS Annual Liberty Award at the ICAS Annual Liberty Award Dinner 2011 held this evening at the Cannon Caucus Room, United States House of Representatives, Capitol Hill, Washington, DC for their "outstanding professional achievements, distinguished service to the nation and people and exemplary leadership" advancing great humanistic values; Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness. Peter and John were also named ICAS Fellow and ICAS Liberty Foundation Distinguished Fellow, respectively. Thank you.
