Jin Pyuo Lee appointed ICAS Research Assistant |
Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that Jin Pyuo Lee has been appointed, effective immediately, ICAS Research Assistant. Jin Pyuo (aka J P) is a cum laude graduate of Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania '14 double-majoring in Finance and Environmental Studies. After graduation, J P interned at the Heritage Foundation from September 2014 to January 2015, where he worked on the organization’s web asset managements and web/social data analytics projects. Currently, he is with the A2Partners where J P assists in providing social media data analytics for political campaigns and non-profit organizations. During his time as an undergraduate student, J P interned at Accenture, a consulting firm, for the summer of 2013. He also wrote for The Daily Pennsylvanian, the student newspaper as a staff writer for four semesters. Prior to that, J P served in the Republic of Korea (ROK) Army from July 2009 to May 2011 at the ROK-US Combined Forces Command, where he translated documents and organised various seminars for the Korean and US military officers at the Civil- Military Operations Division. In addition, J P led the volunteers group in the unit and planned two combined English Camps in 2010. For his dedicated service, J P was awarded Army Commendation Medal from the US Army. As an ICAS Intern, J P contributed a piece to The Korea Times in 2014. He is a member of the ICAS Youth Excellence Program and was a member of the ICAS Delegations to Korea 2012. Thank you. |
