Peter R. Huessy
Peter Huessy,
ICAS Fellow, is President of GeoStrategic Analysis, founded in 1981, and the senior defense consultant at the Air Force Association
and National Security Fellow at the American Foreign Policy Council. For the past three decades, Peter has hosted the Congressional
Breakfast Seminar Series on Capitol Hill. He specializes in securing support for key defense policy initiatives. From 1981-2011, Peter
helped the U.S. Air Force with strategic assessments of the threats facing the U.S. He has lectured at the U.S. Naval Academy, the
Joint Military Intelligence College, U.S. National War College, Johns Hopkins SAIS, the Institute of World Politics, and the University
of Maryland.
Peter has served as a consultant monitoring budget and policy developments on missile defense, nuclear deterrence, terrorism and a
wide range of proliferation, arms control and homeland security issue. He has written for National Review, Human Events, National
Interest, Family Security Matters, Big Peace, Fox Forum and Stonegate Institute, and has appeared frequently on television and radio
discussing key national security issues.
Peter also is Fellow of Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA).
