We are pleased to share with you that C-SPAN covered the proceedings of the ICAS Winter Symposium 2010 which was held yesterday in Washington, DC.

Speakers were Mackenzie Eaglen (Research Fellow for National Secuirty Studies, Douglas and Sarah Allison Center for Foreign Policy Studies, The Heritage Foundation; Protecting America from Nukes and Missiles), Bruce E Bechtol Jr (ICAS Fellow; Professor of International Relations, Marine Corps Command and Staff College; The North Korean Military Threat: Paper Tiger or Ongoing Menace?) and Sydney Seiler (Deputy North Korea Mission Manager, Office of Director of National Intelligence; State of North Korea).

Discussants included Michael Marshall (Editor-in-Chief, UPI), David S Maxwell (ICAS Fellow; Colonel US Army), Larry Niksch (ICAS Fellow; Specialist in Asian Affairs) and Kathryn Weathersby (ICAS Fellow; Adjunct Professo SAIS JHU).

C-Span also covered ICAS Winter Symposium 2009.
