Alex Chan appointed Special Attaché

Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that Alex Chan has been appointed, effective immediately, Special Attaché to Chi Wan Kim, Commissioner for ICAS Liberty Tennis Classic and Tournament Director. Alex is Community Tennis Representative (located in the Northern Virginia satellite office of USTA). He handles all aspects of National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL), School Tennis programs, Highschool No-Cut programs, and multicultural participation. Alex also tasks matters regarding programming on military bases in Northern Virginia and is the Staff Liaison to the Diversity Committee of the USTA/Virginia. Thank you.
